I am a provider for the following insurance companies: Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Medicare and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have a different type of insurance, you might contact your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.
If you are going to use insurance, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company before you have your first session to clarify your coverage, co-pay and deductible.
I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment is expected at each session.
My fees are from $140 to $170 per session.
